Senior Process Engineer (f/m)

Responsibilities:

• Participation in research and development (R&D) projects and project support.
• Analysis of customers’ technical requirements and ensuring compliance.
• Development and implementation of manufacturing processes and tooling concepts.
• Optimization of production line efficiency and technological solutions.
• Training of employees and support in project calculations and quotation processes.
• Taking responsibility for technologies as a local or global leader.
• Management of technical projects.

Our requirements:

• Higher technical education, preferred: mechanics, mechatronics, electrical engineering, automation and robotics, electronics.
• Knowledge of modern process and production techniques, supported by min. 5 years of experience.
• Ability to properly use measurement equipment.
• Knowledge of tools such as FMEA, SPC, MSA.
• Knowledge of quality and environmental procedures: ISO 9001:2000, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, QS 9000.
• Knowledge of English and Polish at a good level.
• Knowledge of APQP and PPAP.
• Holistic thinking and understanding of value engineering / value stream.
