In this role, you will lead new product introduction (NPI) activities, drive continuous improvement across manufacturing operations, and advance our automation and digitalization capabilities. You will also develop advanced manufacturing technologies, optimize production processes, and champion operational excellence to enhance quality, efficiency, and competitiveness.


Our Team

You will be part of the Manufacturing Engineering organization supporting RF product assembly. The team works closely with cross‑functional groups including Automation Engineering, Quality, Process Engineering, Operations, and NPI teams to ensure smooth product launches, efficient mass production, and continuous innovation in manufacturing technologies.


What You Will Do

  • Lead NPI execution and sample build; ensure seamless ramp‑up through robust processes and cross‑functional coordination.
  • Own and execute continuous improvement initiatives across plant functions to enhance quality, efficiency, and cost.
  • Collaborate with the Automation team to develop competitive customized automation solutions for RF products.
  • Design production processes, establish and maintain process standards, and drive adherence across manufacturing.
  • Develop and apply advanced manufacturing technologies to improve quality and reduce production cost.
  • Lead manufacturing improvements in quality, productivity, and process stability using lean and problem‑solving methodologies.
  • Design, optimize, and improve manufacturing jigs and fixtures.
  • Support RF product assembly manufacturing processes, NPI/sample builds, continuous improvement systems, advanced manufacturing implementation, and automation/jig development.


Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • 5+ years of experience as a Manufacturing Engineer in product assembly, testing, and packing processes.
  • Hands‑on NPI experience with strong engineering capability in DFM, FMEA, and SPC.
  • Experience developing customized automation equipment and jig/fixture design.
  • Strong technical knowledge in SPC, DOE, FMEA, lean production, and process design.
  • Ability to interpret 3D/2D drawings for jig design and product design review.
  • Process knowledge across molding, stamping, die casting, plating, machining, assembly, and testing.
  • Experience in sample building and NPI project management.
  • Strong English communication skills.


What Will Put You Ahead

  • Experience in the RF connector or cable manufacturing industry.
  • Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
  • Experience leading cross‑functional continuous improvement activities and operational excellence initiatives.
  • Demonstrated success implementing advanced manufacturing technologies and automation.
