What You’ll be Responsible for
Lead process optimisation and continuous improvement initiatives
Provide technical expertise on water quality, wastewater treatment, and recycled water management
Conduct process reviews and investigations to optimise plant performance
Mentor operational and technical teams
Drive Net Zero initiatives to reduce chemical and energy consumption
Ensure treated water meets contractual standards and regulatory requirements
Support business development and capital planning
What You’ll Need to Be Successful
Tertiary qualifications in chemical engineering or equivalent
Demonstrated experience in water or wastewater treatment operations
Sound knowledge of Australian Drinking Water Guidelines and relevant environmental legislation
Excellent report writing and communication skills
