As a Senior Process Engineer, you’ll play a key role in designing, improving and sustaining manufacturing processes that support JLR’s pioneering products. You’ll help push boundaries across production, quality and efficiency, while continuously growing your technical and leadership capability. WHAT TO EXPECT

You’ll work at the forefront of innovation, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to refine processes and deliver measurable impact.   • Designing and optimising manufacturing processes to improve quality, efficiency and cost performance
  • Leading continuous improvement initiatives using data-driven insights and lean techniques
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver new product introductions and process changes
  • Solving complex production challenges, identifying root causes and implementing sustainable solutions
  • Supporting safe, compliant and high-performing operations aligned to JLR standards

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

Along with your ambition to achieve the exceptional, there are several skills that you’ll need to have to help you succeed here, including:

  • Proven experience in manufacturing or process engineering within an automotive or complex engineering environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, using structured methodologies such as Six Sigma or lean principles
  • Experience of process design, validation and continuous improvement delivery
  • Confident stakeholder engagement skills, working across technical and operational teams
  • Degree in engineering or a related discipline, with a growth mindset and passion for learning
