As a Senior Process Engineer, you will be responsible for engineering services for process discipline.

To succeed in this role, you should have experience to design separator, vessel, tank, pump, piping, heat exchanger, heater, compressor, control valve, flow device, PSV, BDV according to relevant code and standard.

What you’ll do

We are looking for a Senior Process Engineer to join our team in Bangkok office

The role responsibilities include:

·Perform process design, engineering calculations, and equipment sizing for key process equipment (e.g., separators, vessels, heat exchangers, pumps, compressors, PSV/BDV).

·Develop core process engineering deliverables such as PFD, P&ID, H&MB, datasheets, and Basis of Design.

·Execute process simulations using HYSYS, Flarenet, and PIPESIM, and support process optimization and overpressure protection design.

·Provide process input to HAZID, HAZOP, SIL reviews and coordinate with vendors to obtain and validate technical data.

·Support technical clarifications, bid evaluations, and project activities including construction, FAT/SAT, precommissioning, and commissioning as required.

What you’ll have

·Minimum 10 years of experience in the oil & gas or petrochemical industry.

·Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering.

·Strong skills in process design & equipment sizing (separators, vessels, heat exchangers, pumps, compressors, PSV/BDV).

·Proficiency in process simulations (HYSYS, Flarenet, PIPESIM) and key process calculations (relief/vent, blowdown, utility).

·Ability to prepare core process engineering deliverables (PFD, P&ID, H&MB, datasheets) and participate in HAZID/HAZOP/SIL reviews.
