We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to play a key role in delivering one of ANZ’s most significant regulatory and customer outcome initiatives. Working within the Complaints Uplift Program, you’ll lead the delivery of strategic projects designed to strengthen ANZ’s complaints management capability, support compliance with ASIC Regulatory Guide 271, and improve outcomes for our customers.
This is an opportunity to influence meaningful change across the organisation, partnering with senior stakeholders to drive complex initiatives that enhance risk management practices and deliver sustainable customer-focused outcomes.
