We are now looking for Senior Designer - Process to be a part of Rejlers Team in Offshore/Onshore Oil & Gas Projects in Navi Mumbai, India.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Organize and prioritize multi-disciplinary design drafting work to meet the target dates.

• Gathering marked-up/commented drawings setting up drafting work to implement modification/develop new.

• Plant Process design drawings & piping design deliverables in Refinery, Oil & Gas, Chemical and Petrochemical industry.

• Development of PFDs, P&IDs, MSDs, PEFDs ,PSFDs, Line List, Instrument List, C&E Diagram etc.

• Preparation of P&ID’s, Line list, Equipment list, Valve list as per instruction and sketch given by Discipline Engineer.

• Perform consistency checks between PFD's, P&ID's and line list to / from; note all discrepancies and resolve this information with the Process Engineer.

• The CAD Drafter may be responsible to review as-built documentation for accuracy, report findings and incorporate red line as-built information into existing drawings in various formats.

• Self-review of drawings correctness and grammatical errors

• Should be able to understand different legends used in the PFDs and P&IDS

• Ensure that all work is in compliance with company standards.

• Excellent speed and accuracy in drafting work.

• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, Energy and Environmental objectives.

Preferred Skills & Requirements

• Diploma in Engineering Technology from a Technical Institute. 12+ years design drafting experience in oil and gas industry. 

• Senior Designer shall require 10 years design drafting experience in oil and gas industry or related process industries and 5 years supervisory experience.  

• Experience in Oil & Gas Offshore projects. Additional Onshore projects experience is preferable. 

• In-depth knowledge of the operation of a modern CAD based multi-discipline drawing office.  

• Excellent experience in design modules of SmartPlant and Aveva suite of application - SP PID/AVEVA P&ID. 

• Excellent AutoCAD skills, Word Processing and Spreadsheet capability. A good understanding of AutoCAD enhancement programs. Good experience in site verification, As-Building activities (I.e. Walkthrough, Interpreting data from 3D laser Scanning etc.) and use of Smartplant review or Navisworks and MicroStation. 

• Good general knowledge of the Standard and Codes applicable to drawings prepared for the Oil industry.  

• Strong leadership skills, with written, verbal and analytical skills.  

• Good command of English language.
