The engagement is focused on identifying and implementing improvements across operations, with particular emphasis on client onboarding, broker onboarding, and relationship management.
The client is a large, complex institution operating at the highest tier of the asset management industry. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate direct experience working within or alongside organisations of comparable scale and sophistication.
The client is seeking a highly experienced operations change professional who can provide an informed, cross-institutional perspective on how firms of equivalent calibre operate day-to-day. The consultant will be engaged to lead or contribute to a process review covering front-to-back operations, with a particular focus on client and broker onboarding workflows.
