Role

The firm is seeking a Senior Private Equity / M&A Partner to head up its private equity practice from Hong Kong. This is a strategic leadership role with the potential to evolve into a Regional Head position, reflecting the firms commitment to empowering senior talent to drive growth and innovation.

Key Requirements

• Substantial client following with a portable book of business exceeding US$3 million.
• Proven track record of cross-border transactional work, ideally across Asia.
• Established relationships with repeat clients in private equity and M&A.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and grow a practice.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ambition to expand the firms footprint in the region.
• Collegiate approach, with a commitment to collaboration and mentoring within the team.
