
The Banker's mission will be to support and advise Strategic clients, who are generally very sophisticated with complex wealth situations, and who often have very special requirements in terms of products and services.
The idea is to provide them with a broad range of services, from wealth management (discretionary management, advisory management, financial and asset engineering, etc.) to financing (financing of company cash holdings, Real estate, aircraft and yacht financing, etc.) and investment banking products and services (M&A, ECM, DCM, etc.).
The Senior Private Banker will develop new propects on this market segment, and thus generate significant and varied revenue sttreams (transactional revenues, linked to financing, to financial asset management, and to various cross-selling operations with the investment bank).
With a higher education background, the candidate will have solid experience in a similar position with a sophisticated European UHNW clientele at a competitor (Private Bank), an Multi Family Office (or even in a Single Family Office) or in an Investment Bank or a Private Equity Firm.
The candidate will hold both interpersonal skills and technical credibility to address this type of demanding, high-end clientele. He/she will also have a good knowledge of the legal and tax environment in various jurisdictions, as Strategic Clients often invest internationally and have their Assets spread over several countries. Fluent English is required.
