What’s the role?

This is a senior client facing opportunity where you'll manage and grow an established portfolio of high-net-worth clients. You'll become a trusted banking partner, supporting clients with their day-to-day banking needs while helping them navigate more sophisticated lending, wealth and banking requirements.

You'll deepen existing relationships, grow share of wallet and expand your portfolio through referrals and professional networks. Working alongside specialists across Private Wealth, Markets, Lending and Business Banking, you'll deliver tailored solutions that genuinely reflect each client's goals and ambitions.

This is a full-time role based in Sydney / Warrane, Gadigal Country. You'll engage with clients through a mix of face to face and digital interactions, always focused on delivering a highly personal and exceptional client experience.

What do I need?

  • Strong business development experience managing and growing relationships with high value clients within private banking, commercial banking, corporate banking, business banking or wealth management
  • Experience across business lending, complex lending or holistic banking and wealth solutions
  • Investment and wealth management experience is desirable but not essential
  • Strong relationship management skills with clients, advisers and referral partners
  • Sound understanding of risk, compliance and credit governance
