The M365 Consumer Subscription has grown to be one of the largest subscriptions on the planet and continues to be one of the most strategically important investments at Microsoft. This role places you at the center of Consumer growth and the AI transformation with Copilot. The E+D Growth Team specializes in Product-Led Growth (PLG), driving user and revenue growth for M365, inclusive of both free and paid users. We operate across the full funnel: from awareness and acquisition through engagement and retention to monetization. We are boundary-less in our approach to building great end-to-end customer experiences, partnering closely with product teams across the company.
We are a modern PM organization inspired to learn from and inform industry best practices for driving Product-Led Growth (PLG) across Microsoft consumer and commercial products. We are data informed, hypothesis driven, and rigorous in measuring outcomes to ensure customer and business impact. We work hand in hand with industry leading design, user research, marketing, and data science teams to build deep customer understanding and connection that inform the design of experiences that hundreds of millions of people use every day. We partner closely with engineering teams across the company to deliver world class services, leverage the latest techniques in AI, and create experiences that connect with M365 customers across Microsoft products. We take a direct role in driving business growth and framing our business value to end users and our vibrant community of fans.
