The Role:
Have you mastered the Hydropower engineering discipline and looking to broaden your scope? This Senior Hydro Engineer is our specialist in all-things hydropower. We see this person as a well-seasoned mechanical engineer, with technical leadership skills and site-based experience, looking to impact New Zealand’s energy sector.
Reporting to the Professional Services Manager, you’ll primarily be responsible for:
About You:
With substantial experience in hydropower engineering including maintenance, refurbishment and rehabilitation projects, you’ll have a proven track record with the design of hydropower and ancillary equipment. As a Senior Engineer you’ll ideally offer NZ CPEng registration or a Washington Accord Mechanical Engineering degree. This role is primarily office based at our Wairakei location, but you will also enjoying getting out to interact with clients and field teams on site.
