You are responsible for determining the most effective ways to manufacture quality products or service. Develops ways to increase productivity, maximizes efficiency and process quality. Enable rapid ASM growth without compromising on our products quality and Customers’ satisfaction, driving the quality of our products into a competitive advantage.

In this role you will lead a team to have “end to end” quality assurance of analysing in house Operations and Customers data to set preventive measures on NC.

We are looking for you; self-motivated by nature with a strong ability to define out of the box solutions. Moreover, to perform in-depth analysis and effective proliferation of resolution.

Internal

  • Manage Quality Non Conformances – Define caused-by in Intake & filtering
  • Manage proper follow-up with Cooperate Quality Team on customer expectations
  • Manage timely and good quality closure of NC including preventive actions.
  • Setup and maintain Customer Quality Dashboard
  • Align with Customers on critical indexes
  • Assist local management by proposing process improvements and participate in deployment of new and improved processes
  • Assist cooperate functions by initiating, driving and tracking of improvements on the execution of critical processes
  • Assist in driving resolution of structural quality issues within corporate programs, e.g. QMS restructuring
  • Manage well-structured inspection plans and collaborate with cross functions to improve tests and assembly processes
  • Lead and drive quality assurance metrics to targets; including managing contract manufacturers.
  • Hands-On guiding the team through 8D methodology to close non-conformances

Requirements

  • Demonstrated proven track record to drive problem solving methodology
  • Preferably >10 years of experience working in a manufacturing or engineering environment
  • Demonstrated ability to influence across organization and drive changes
  • Familiar with the following operational excellence tools but not limited to; Lean manufacturing, FMEA, 8D, PDCA, Problem solving, six sigma etc

Professional Experience

  • Experience in Capital Equipment building preferably in the Semiconductor industry
  • Trained in minimum Green Belt Problem Solving methodology

Soft Skills

  • Exhibits analytical thinking and committed to drive teams to meet business goals
  • Strong written, communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Self-driven personality & independence

Qualifications

  • Degree or equivalent working experience for >15 years
