Inviting applications for the role of Senior Principal Consultant, Automation Testing skills
We are looking for a skilled QA Test Manager with expertise in Automation testing activities. The ideal candidate should learn the practical application of engineering principal and will work with a cross-functional team to deliver/maintain the automation test suite of healthcare applications especially medical devices. Candidate should lead the new technology introduction, problem investigation, platform definition, practical design, and verification/validation.

Responsibilities
• Collaborate with cross functional teams in an agile environment to ensure high quality software delivery.
• Setting up squish infrastructure for UI related activities
• Setting up Jenkins to trigger automation testing.
• Run automation cycling framework and analyze the results.
• Adding System features for test automation
• Enhance the V & V framework and add more tests.
• Integration and formal verification testing
• Supporting various teams with investigations of reported issues
• Must be a problem-solver with strong automation fundamentals that can quickly adapt to our fast-paced Agile environment.
• Strong Object-oriented programming skills in Java
• Must have browser automation experience (Selenium WebDriver)
• Excellent root cause analysis and troubleshooting skills is a must.
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in business and technical terms
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to coordinate and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Flexible; able to adapt to changing priorities within a rapidly changing business environment
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools – Jenkins
• Knowledge of Source Code Management – GIT HUB
• Must have strong knowledge and experience in Healthcare CSV (Computer system validation) & GxP test procedures.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science/Computer Engineering/Information Technology/Information Science or STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) equivalent degree with minimum.
• Strong experience and working knowledge in OPEN TEXT ALM (Application Life Cycle Management)/JAMA Tool, Selenium, BDD Framework, CI/CD, Squish Automation, Python Test Automation, ClearQuest, Experience in Unix, Rally, Jenkins, GIT Hub.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills, including the ability to assess data objectively, anticipate obstacles, and develop effective mitigation plans.

 Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
 Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is [$80,000 to $100,000]. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package plus benefits, will be determined by a number of factors which include but are not limited to the applicant’s experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities; geographic location; and internal equity.
