Senior Pricing Analyst | Aviation Fuel

World Fuel is seeking a commercially minded Senior Pricing Analyst to support pricing strategy and fuel supply across our global aviation business.

This role sits at the intersection of Sales, Supply, and Trading, supporting the development of competitive pricing, global airline tenders, and profitable growth across the portfolio. You will help translate complex cost structures into clear, actionable pricing insights that enable the business to win and retain high-value customers.

What You Will Do

Support Pricing Strategy for Global Sales

• Support pricing analysis and execution for global airline tenders (RFPs)
• Help develop competitive and profitable pricing structures based on cost inputs and market dynamics
• Partner with Sales to position bids effectively and improve win rates
• Assist in managing the tender lifecycle, including analysis, preparation, and iteration

Partner Across Sales, Supply, and Trading

• Translate fuel supply costs into pricing insights for Sales teams
• Collaborate with Trading and Risk teams to understand market dynamics and pricing impacts
• Help ensure commercial decisions align with supply constraints and portfolio strategy

Support Supplier Strategy and Cost Analysis

• Assist in evaluating supply agreements and cost structures
• Develop insight into regional supply markets, logistics, and key cost drivers
• Contribute to maintaining competitive and efficient supply positioning

Drive Market and Pricing Analysis

• Analyze market trends, pricing benchmarks, and historical performance
• Identify opportunities to improve pricing competitiveness and margin performance
• Support development of data-driven insights to inform commercial decisions

Maintain Pricing and Cost Data Integrity

• Maintain and improve pricing and cost data used in commercial decision making
• Partner with internal teams to investigate and resolve discrepancies
• Ensure accuracy across systems to support timely and effective pricing

Collaborate Across the Business

• Work cross-functionally with Sales, Trading, Operations, Credit, Legal, and Finance
• Support alignment across teams to ensure consistent pricing and execution
• Contribute to a collaborative, solutions-oriented team environment

What We Are Looking For

• Experience in aviation fuel, downstream fuels (gasoline or diesel), energy markets, or a related commercial or analytical function
• Experience supporting pricing, tendering, commercial analysis, or operational decision-making
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data
• Advanced Excel skills (modeling and data analysis)
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
