The Senior Pricing Analyst plays a key role in supporting pricing strategy, pricing analytics, and commercial decision-making across Flow Control Group’s portfolio of brands. This role is primarily focused on leading pricing analysis, pricing performance reporting, and pricing-related business support, while also contributing to broader Revenue Growth & Strategy initiatives such as business case modeling, deal support, customer and supplier analysis, and commercial strategy work.
Because RGS operates as a central enablement function, this role provides the opportunity to work across pricing, business intelligence, and broader commercial initiatives while remaining grounded in pricing as its core focus.
Key Responsibilities

• Support the development, execution, and continuous improvement of pricing strategies, price lists, and pricing methodologies across the business.
• Monitor pricing performance against goals and provide clear analysis of the drivers behind results.
• Develop recommendations to improve pricing outcomes and commercial performance based on data, business context, and market dynamics.
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc pricing, margin, and discount reporting for brand leaders, operating groups, and leadership.
• Support deal-related analysis by providing customer, supplier, historical sales, and end-market intelligence to help commercial teams evaluate opportunities.
• Build business cases and analytical models to support pricing actions, commercial initiatives, and strategic business decisions.
• Build, maintain, and improve reporting and analytical outputs using Excel, SQL, Power BI, and internal systems.
• Support data initiatives that improve pricing visibility, reporting quality, product hierarchy alignment, and overall analytical capabilities across brands.
• Assist in preparing executive-ready presentations, summaries, and recommendations for pricing and commercial leadership discussions.
• Partner with brand leaders, operating groups, and cross-functional stakeholders to support pricing initiatives and broader RGS priorities.
• Help guide and support junior analysts by providing direction, context, and review as needed.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Analytics, Data Science, Economics, Mathematics, Business, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in pricing, analytics, finance, business intelligence, sales operations, consulting, or a related analytical function.
• Prior pricing experience strongly preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience working through complex datasets and business questions independently.
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in SQL; experience with Power BI or similar BI/reporting tools preferred.
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to prepare clear, concise analyses and presentations for leadership audiences.
• Ability to influence stakeholders through strong analysis, sound business judgment, and effective communication.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience supporting pricing strategy, commercial analytics, business intelligence, or decision support functions.
• Familiarity with ERP Systems such as; P21, SAP, Business Central, and/or NetSuite.
• Exposure to Power BI, SQL, and data warehouse/reporting tools.
• Partner with company general managers (brand leaders), operating group leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders to support pricing initiatives and broader RGS priorities.
• Experience mentoring junior analysts or helping coordinate work across a small team.
