mateco is looking for an enthusiastic Senior Pricing Analyst to elevate our pricing strategy.
You play a key role in shaping and rolling out the pricing strategy across multiple countries. You combine advanced analytics with business partnering and help ensure that pricing models and tools are effectively adopted by local teams.
You fulfil a bridging role between pricing, data, IT and commercial teams, translating global pricing strategy into local market execution.
As a Senior Pricing Analyst at mateco, you will:
Performing advanced data analysis to support pricing strategy, margin optimization and commercial decision-making
Applying regression analysis and statistical modelling to identify pricing drivers, demand elasticity and customer behavior
Developing, refining and maintaining scalable pricing models
Translating complex analyses into clear insights, documentation and practical guidance for business stakeholders
Partnering with IT teams to define business requirements for pricing tools, system enhancements and data integrations
Supporting and onboarding country teams to new pricing frameworks, tools and methodologies
Guiding local teams through changes in pricing ways of working, ensuring consistent and correct application
Acting as a key link between global pricing strategy and local market execution
You’re a strong candidate if you have:
5+ years of experience in pricing, analytics, revenue management or commercial / strategic analytics
A Master degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Data Science or a related field
Strong data analysis and price modelling skills
Experience working in an international or complex business environment
Experience with pricing tools and ERP systems
Strong communication skills and a hands-on, practical approach
Fluency in English
