Udemy is headquartered in San Francisco with global offices in Australia, India, Ireland, Türkiye, and other US locations. Our robust hybrid work model spans San Francisco, Denver, Ankara, Dublin, and Melbourne. This hybrid position requires two days per week in the office at the nearest hub. This is not a typical pre-sales role. We're looking for someone who genuinely loves technology, gets excited talking about what our platform can do, and has the rare ability to make that excitement contagious — in a boardroom, in a product demo, or over dinner in Tokyo.
You'll work across the full customer journey — from early-stage pipeline through to deepening relationships with our existing customer base — and you'll do it with the cultural fluency and business acumen that the Japanese market demands.
You'll be a trusted partner to prospects and customers alike: the person who listens carefully, understands the problem, and shows — compellingly, credibly — how our platform solves it.
