Job Description

Liquid Personnel is on the hunt for a driven Senior Practitioner to join an innovative Family Safeguarding team in Hertfordshire.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Lead complex cases using a cutting-edge, multi-disciplinary safeguarding model

  • Manage your own caseload and support statutory planning

  • Provide support to junior members of staff

What You’ll Bring:

  • Social Work England registration and a degree in social work

  • 3+ years post-qualification experience

  • Confident communicator with strong legal and policy knowledge

  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
