Responsible for directing and administering practice management functions. Management of financial activities and ensuring clinical areas in compliance with federal, state and local regulations. Integrates organization strategic growth plans with operations to expand patient care access, improve efficiency, and maximize clinic service offerings. Ensure appropriate systems and staffing resources deployed for clinical, revenue, and procedural compliance. Functions as a resource to providers, staff, and supervisors in the deployment of business and strategic initiatives. Report to the Directors any unresolved issues or concerns of patients, staff and providers. Assists with new clinic implementation and represents the clinic professionally to the community. Adopts the Mission and Vision statement of Baptist Memorial Healthcare Corporation in all aspects of their work. Performs all other duties as assigned.
