Senior PR Specialist - ANZ深圳社招全职职位描述1. Media Strategy: Develop and implement localized PR strategies tailored for the Australia and New Zealand (ANZ) market, closely align with global brand strategic goals, and comprehensively enhance brand awareness and industry credibility across the ANZ region.
2. Media Relations & Outreach: Oversee end-to-end media development, including press release planning and distribution, media embargo coordination, as well as in-depth communications and content partnerships with key media outlets in ANZ.
3. Crisis & Reputation Management: Proactively monitor, anticipate and address PR risks in the ANZ market, establish a robust rapid response mechanism, and collaborate with local legal and compliance teams in ANZ to efficiently handle unexpected public opinions and safeguard brand reputation.
4. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product marketing, brand management and other teams to ensure ANZ market PR activities are aligned with global strategies, maximizing communication impact and localized execution effectiveness of regional marketing campaigns.
5. Data-driven Performance Management: Establish a quantifiable KPI system adapted to market characteristics, focusing on local media exposure, user sentiment, and competitive share of voice in ANZ, and continuously optimize PR performance through data review and insights.职位要求1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
2. 1–3 years of PR experience in overseas tech/hardware (consumer electronics preferred) industry, with a proven track record of securing in-depth coverage from prominent local overseas media.
3. Fluent English at native business proficiency, capable of seamless communication with local ANZ media, partners and internal cross-functional teams.
4. Data-driven mindset, proficient in PR analytics tools and social listening platforms, able to optimize PR strategies based on data insights.
5. Prior hands-on PR experience in the ANZ market is preferred.
6. Experience in end-to-end execution of overseas offline events (e.g., product launches, brand events) is preferred.
