Mission & Responsibilities
The mission is to build distribution through influencers, partnerships, and PR-lite placements that drive measurable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Sourcing & Closing: Identify and close influencer deals, focusing on performance-based models where possible.
Pipeline Management: Own the entire lifecycle, including outreach, negotiation, contracting, and timelines.
Creative Coordination: Manage creative requirements with the Studio to ensure on-time delivery and approvals.
Optimization: Track results to scale winning partnerships and quickly cut underperforming segments.
Requirements
Experience: 5+ years in PR/influencer partnerships.
Mindset: Performance-oriented, focusing on CAC/ROI rather than vanity metrics.
Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously.
Industry Fit: Experienced B2C operators from SaaS, dating, iGaming/gaming, or adult platforms.
90-Day Success Roadmap
Week 1-2: Build the pipeline and outreach system; define deal templates and KPIs.
Weeks 3-6: Close the first wave of deals, ship deliverables, and measure ROI.
