In this role, you'll:


Working as part of a team delivering strong portfolio outcomes, this role ensures reliable and secure PPM and Agile tools through expert administration and enhancement, enabling accurate reporting, effective integration, improved user experience and alignment with delivery framework.

  • You will administer and configure PPM and Agile tools to ensure data integrity, system stability and alignment with enterprise standards.
  • You will monitor performance, manage user access, and provide advanced support and training to drive adoption and compliance.
  • You will implement, document, test and deploy configuration changes, upgrades and enhancements with minimal disruption to users.
  • You will support integrations, reporting and automation initiatives, working with vendors and stakeholders to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement.

About you

  • You have strong expertise administering and configuring PPM and Agile tools to support reliable delivery.
  • Your skills include system performance monitoring, issue resolution, and secure user access management.
  • You are experienced in configuring integrations, reporting, and data flows to enable actionable insights.
  • You bring proven capability in testing, deploying enhancements, and providing advanced technical support and user training.
