About the role:
This is a unique opportunity for an experienced digital marketer to take ownership of high-impact campaigns, drive performance across multiple platforms, and play a key role in the company's clients’ success.
What You'll Be Doing:
Develop and execute data-driven performance marketing strategies for a variety of clients and industries. Manage hands-on, full-funnel PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Microsoft Ads, TikTok Ads, DV360 and more. Optimize budgets, bids, targeting, and creative to improve campaign ROI and exceed performance goals continuously. Lead real-time analysis, A/B testing, and continuous optimizations based on actionable data insights. Serve as a strategic advisor to clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction through proactive communication. Monitor industry trends and platform updates to stay ahead of the curve and apply innovative strategies. Deliver detailed campaign performance reports, insights, and recommendations to internal teams and clients. Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, tech, and analytics teams to align campaign execution with client objectives.
Desired Skills and Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of hands-on PPC experience (agency or brand-side), with a strong record of driving measurable success. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related analytical field - MUST. Mastery of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other performance marketing platforms. Strong analytical skills and comfort working with campaign data, attribution models, and optimization strategies. Proficient with tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and other performance measurement platforms. Fluent in Hebrew and English – both written and verbal. Excellent organizational and project management skills; capable of handling multiple accounts and priorities. Strategic mindset with a passion for digital marketing, performance growth, and paid media innovation.
