Job Description

As part of our growth we are looking for a Senior Power Platform & Data Solutions Lead. In this role, this person will maintain, support and further evolve the Microsoft Power Platform and data solutions ecosystem used to manage the global Engineering project and resource portfolio. The role combines hands-on solution development, data modelling, process automation, advanced analytics, reporting and technical leadership for digitalization initiatives across Engineering and adjacent business functions. You will perform the following tasks:

YOUR TASKS:

  • Maintain, support and continuously improve existing Power Platform-based business applications, automations and reporting solutions
  • Lead the technical implementation of new digitalization initiatives across Engineering and adjacent functions such as Finance, R&D and Operations, including:
  • Business application design and development
  • Dataverse data modelling and data governance
  • Integration with Microsoft Planner Premium and other enterprise data sources (ERP/PLM)
  • Process automation using Power Automate
  • Power BI reporting, semantic models and advanced analytics
  • Troubleshooting, documentation and contribution to application lifecycle management practices
  • Collaborate with global stakeholders across Spain, Germany, India and other international locations, providing technical guidance, user support and training when required
  • Coordinate external IT service providers supporting the department’s digital solutions, ensuring proper follow-up, service quality and alignment with business needs

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Bachelor’s* or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Software Engineering, Telecommunications, Mathematics, Physics or a comparable field
  • Minimum 5–7 years of professional experience in business applications, data analytics, BI, process automation or similar fields, including at least 3 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform
  • Specialization in the Microsoft Power Platform technology stack will be highly valued. Microsoft certifications related to Power Platform, Azure, Data, AI or Microsoft 365 will be considered an advantage, particularly PL-400, PL-200, PL-600, DP-600 or equivalent certifications
  • Proven proficiency and hands-on experience in the end-to-end design, development, deployment and maintenance of Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps, Dataverse, Power Automate, Power BI and advanced Excel
  • Strong analytical mindset, structured communication skills and ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions. The candidate should be autonomous, proactive, well organized and comfortable working in an international environment.
  • Experience with AI, big data, Microsoft Fabric, Python, machine learning or advanced analytics will be considered a plus
  • Fluent in English. Spanish & German would be a plus
