Job Description

The role

As a Senior Post Market Surveillance Specialist, you will play a key role in building and driving a data-driven post-market intelligence capability across Sonova.

You will work at the intersection of data, quality, and product performance, turning complex real-world data into actionable insights. Your work will directly contribute to improving product quality, ensuring patient safety, and enabling proactive decision-making across the organization.

More about the role

• Define and implement the post-market surveillance framework, including processes and methodologies

• Establish and drive early signal detection across post-market data sources

• Analyze trends across cases, repairs, returns and service data

• Own and manage the centralized incident tracking and coordination process

• Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders

• Provide regular reporting on product performance, risks and trends to leadership

• Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Quality, Operations and Commercial teams

More about you

• Degree in Data Analytics, Engineering, Mathematics, Life Sciences or similar

• Experience in data analysis, trending or signal detection in a regulated environment

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex datasets

• Experience in quality, post-market surveillance or similar environments is a plus

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

• Ability to work independently, take ownership and drive topics forward

• Fluent English skills
