About this Opportunity
Reporting to the Assistant Director, Integrated Resources, Post-Award, the Senior Post-Award Grants Manager is responsible for completing all post-award duties for a designated portfolio of departmental Principal Investigator’s (PIs) within SoM Integrated Resources. This senior role manages a complex portfolio, navigating financial and operational management for research projects while ensuring compliance with federal, state, institutional, and sponsor-specific guidelines.
This role involves collaborating with, and mentoring, a geographically dispersed team, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and fostering strong relationships with PIs, research administrators, and external sponsors. The ideal candidate will be able to balance competing priorities, while maintaining operational excellence in a high-pressure environment.
