Senior Policy Researcher / Analyst | Public, Macro, Real Estate Property

A leading publicly listed corporation, this organization is one of the largest conglomerates in Hong Kong and China, engaged in diverse sectors including property development, retail, and hospitality. They are looking for a skilled individual to join their Research and Planning Department, focusing on macro and public policies in Hong Kong and the Greater Bay Area (GBA) and their implications for the real estate industry.

Responsibilities

• Execute comprehensive research and analysis on macroeconomic and public policy influences related to land and housing sectors in Hong Kong and the GBA.
• Acquire and synthesize market intelligence from diverse sources to guide strategic decision-making.
• Undertake special projects, including in-depth business analyses relevant to the Group's interests.
• Assist in the coordination and production of corporate communications and publications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in real estate, economics, business, finance, or a related discipline.
• 7-10 years of relevant experience, ideally in research or the property field.
• In-depth knowledge of the political, social, and economic environments in Hong Kong and Mainland China.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills, with a keen numerical aptitude.
• Collaborative team player with a proactive mindset and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and thrive under pressure.
• Proficient in written Chinese and English, with strong English communication skills and fluency in Putonghua.
