As a Senior Policy Officer, Strategic Programs you’ll play a key role in supporting high-level strategic policy and reform to support TfNSW in its mission to deliver a safe, reliable, integrated and equitable transport network for NSW. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment where your policy development and collaborative skills will be highly valued.

In this role, you'll:

• Research and develop policy and executive committee briefs.

• Facilitate and coordinate Secretary and executive leadership processes supporting Transport’s strategic direction

• Develop and draft policy, briefings and other key strategic documents for the Secretary and senior executive leadership.

• Assist with research to identify reputational issues impacting Transport for NSW and the broader portfolio.

• Deliver accurate, high-quality work under tight deadlines in a high-volume environment.

• Build strong relationships across the Transport portfolio and with Ministerial offices.

• Identify opportunities and strategies for process improvements and help implement them.

• Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
