TekPro Support Services (TSS) is seeking a Senior Policy Analyst to support the DHA Disability Evaluation System. This position is fully remote.

What You’ll Do

• Lead DES policy analysis, regulatory research, quality assurance, policy development, and recommendations involving DoD, Military Department, and VA requirements.

What You Bring:

Required:

• 5+ years supervising or overseeing large groups of personnel
• Experience with quality assurance, policy planning, technical support, and legislative support
• Skilled with databases, reports, spreadsheets, statistical analysis, and records management
• Bachelor’s degree in public policy, political science, public administration, business administration, or related field
• Active PMP or Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification required
• Must be able to successfully complete the required DHA Tier 1 background investigation
• Must be able to obtain a CAC as needed
• Must satisfy DHA security/onboarding requirements

Preferred:

• Experience implementing DoD and VA policies and federal regulations
• Knowledge of DoD Disability Evaluation System activities and regulations
