Requirements

• 
  12+ years of experience in banking / credit / financial services
• 
  5+ years in policy development / risk management / governance / compliance within a bank or credit union established in the US
• 
  Strong project management skills to support the development, refinement, and management of credit policies and standard procedures
• 
  Experience in drafting, editing, and finalizing complex legal and regulatory policies that are both legally sound and highly accessible (readable) for a general employee audience
• 
  Expert knowledge of business and regulatory environment
• 
  Excellent English verbal & written communication skills
• 
  Demonstrated understanding of banking processes, regulatory requirements, and client needs in the lending space
• 
  Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
