
The Senior Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end implementation of the Integrated Services Management (ISM) initiative. This includes project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and closing of the program, ensuring it is completed on time, within scope. This role will partner with Process Excellence, Business and DT teams globally to deliver continuous improvement and breakthrough business process automation capabilities that meet SQDC priorities of all stakeholders. This is an individual contributor role.
Roles and Responsibilities
Project Management
Develop and maintain integrated program plans that ensure coordinated delivery across workstreams: Integrated Services management (ISM), AI initiatives, ERP release timelines, Data Lake / analytics initiatives, and all other cross functional streams.
Ensure completion of all required implementation processes & tollgate deliverables including Blueprint design, Impact analysis, requirements finalization, process flow documentation, testing, data conversion and validation, training, communication, Go live and other project related activities for ISM program.
Coordinate delivery governance across Salesforce platform workstreams (Leankor, Field Service, Platform), ensuring alignment to Integrated Services Management ISM milestones, schedules, and program objectives.
Manage planning and execution cadence for Agentforce and integrated AI pilot deployments, including milestone tracking, dependency management, and risk mitigation.
Oversee backlog execution readiness by ensuring scope clarity, prioritization alignment, and adherence to agreed delivery frameworks, coordinate implementation of Hoshin and Sustainable cost productivity and SQDC initiatives.
Collaborate with Senior leadership and Functional leaders ensuring their requirements and expectations are clearly understood and managed throughout the project.
Risk Management
Monitor ISM program progress, downstream impacts to ERP and Data Analytics and address any deviations from the plan. Identify potential risks and issues, develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
Partner with Services Stakeholders, functional leaders in Process Excellence to identify control requirements and build monitoring and controls.
Communication and documentation
Drive regular communication with project and business stakeholders to share status updates, achievements, risks, and open items to maintain alignment and support.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and issue logs.
LEAN
Proactively identify and implement improvements to the project management strategy and methodology, utilizing AI, automation and LEAN tools to drive productivity.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college or equivalent knowledge / experience
Significant experience in cross functional roles supporting Project Management, Program management, IT, Commercial, Supply Chain, Fulfillment organizations
Strong business process & tools understanding with proven track record of results using Lean methodologies
