Senior PMO Analyst

- Recycle loop is utilising the latest technology and data to enable customers to make the best possible use of their materials.

- Re-use loop is providing intelligent technology platforms and agile delivery models for pre-retail logistics and product returns, fulfilment and processing, on behalf of many of Europe’s largest retailers.
About the role
- Implement project management strategies using Reconomy templates and toolsets.
- Support develop project plans / roadmaps and associated communication documents.
- Collate project artefacts, including resourcing and financial metrics during initiation.
- Support creation of Project Board Pack documentation and communication (relevant for the entire project lifecycle – initiation, execution & closure).
- Ensure all projects remain compliant with company standards and regulations.
- Champion project governance and best practice initiatives; Continuous facilitation to ensure stakeholder adoption of the Reconomy PMO Governance & Framework.
- Manage governance administration (Teams sites, meeting scheduling, minutes, actions, RAID updates).
- Support ongoing improvements of PMO processes and project methodologies and tooling on an iterative basis.
- Support BC collation and perform first-level QA checks. of reporting and Business Case submissions for the Group Investment Committee
- Support the Head of Change deliver all Investment Committee processes
- Track project objectives and goals to ensure alignment with agreed outcomes against IC approved Business Case and scope.
- Support benefit realisation reporting and support maintain accuracy of the tracker according to defined processes and methodologies.
What we need from you
- Set up, track and support manage Portfolio/Programmme/Project RAID logs (Risks, Issues, Assumptions, Dependencies
- Monitor projects for timely execution and completion of scope implementation.
- Prepare project status reports, including milestone trackers and financial reporting.
- Communicate project status and progress to impacted stakeholders.
- Escalate critical project risks and issues promptly to senior management, ensuring transparent communication and timely intervention to mitigate potential impacts, while maintaining clear documentation and collaborating closely with stakeholders.
- Manage and continuously improve the existing PMO document library and current tools for documentation and collaboration
- Support the project governance and change management best practices across assigned projects according to Change & Governance processes implemented
- Communicate effectively with Project Managers, Project Stakeholders regarding project impact, status, and progress
- Support escalation communication to Senior Management
- Contribute to portfolio planning (dependencies, analysis, trends) referencing the demand portfolio that is regularly validated with the Programme Director and Project Managers..
- Participate in all scheduled PMO training activities and apply newly learned techniques to day-to-day tasks. Contribute to team knowledge sharing by documenting insights or tools that can improve PMO efficiency.
- Complete QA checks for assigned project artefacts and ensure accuracy before submission.
- Support project quality assurance measurement and improvement based on regular pain points identification and collected feedback from key stakeholders
- Perform other related tasks and responsibilities as required by business needs and requested by the Team Lead ensuring alignment with the scope and purpose of the role.
