About the Role

We are looking for a PMO to run and scale the day-to-day execution across Product, R&D, Customer Success, Delivery, Support, Sales and Finance.

This role is responsible for ensuring that work is clearly defined, tracked, and delivered— with strong operational discipline, clear visibility, and consistent follow-through

The PMO acts as the operational backbone of the organization, driving alignment across teams and ensuring reliable execution across all cross-functional initiatives.

The PMO plays a key role in enabling leadership to make faster, better-informed decisions by surfacing the right data at the right time

Responsibilities

Run Day-to-Day Execution

  • Own tracking and management of cross-functional workstreams
  • Ensure clear scope, ownership, timelines, and status for all initiatives
  • Maintain up-to-date visibility on progress, blockers, and risks

Drive Execution Cadence

  • Run weekly program and execution reviews across Product, R&D, Customer Success, Delivery, and Support
  • Follow up on actions and ensure continuous progress
  • Keep teams aligned on commitments and timelines

Manage Cross-Functional Dependencies

  • Identify and manage dependencies between teams
  • Ensure smooth handoffs across Product, R&D, Delivery, CS, and Support
  • Prevent gaps, delays, and misalignment
  • Standardize processes and templates to improve execution and knowledge sharing
  • Ensure clear alignment between company goals and team execution plans
  • Cross organization Leason Learn and follow-up on improvement plans

Ensure Delivery Discipline

  • Track timelines and commitments and hold teams accountable
  • Surface risks early and drive resolution
  • Improve predictability and reliability of execution

Standardize Ways of Working

  • Implement clear and simple program tracking, reporting, and workflows
  • Establish consistent execution practices across teams
  • Ensure transparency without adding unnecessary overhead

Support Customer-Facing Execution

  • Provide visibility into key customer deployments and programs
  • Highlight risks impacting delivery and onboarding timelines
  • Work with Delivery, Customer Success, and Support to ensure smooth execution

Provide Operational Visibility

  • Maintain dashboards and reporting on execution status
  • Ensure leadership has a clear, real-time view of progress and risks
  • Enable fast, informed decision-making

Drive Continuous Improvement

  • Identify recurring bottlenecks and inefficiencies
  • Improve how teams plan, track, and execute work
  • Help the organization operate faster with less friction
  • Support OKR tracking and PI Planning processes to ensure continuous alignment between strategic goals and team-level execution

Requirements

  • Above 8 years of experience in Program Management, PMO, or Operations in a global SaaS company
  • Experience managing a small team, with the ability to coach, prioritize workload, and develop team members
  • Experience building and maintaining OKR or PI planning frameworks
  • Proven experience running complex, cross-functional execution in fast-paced environments
  • Strong experience working with Product, R&D, and customer-facing teams
  • Hands-on, detail-oriented, and execution-focused mindset
  • Excellent organizational and follow-through capabilities
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Highly structured and results-driven
  • Hands on Experience with Jira, Confluence and Salesforce dashboards and reports
  • Experience working with global, distributed teams
