In this role, you'll:
Designing and operating at the core of modern cloud platforms, this role builds, automates and optimises secure, scalable services across AWS and Azure to support enterprise technology delivery.
You will develop infrastructure‑as‑code, establish reusable platform patterns and guardrails, and partner with architects and engineering teams to translate designs into robust, production‑ready solutions.
Taking ownership of platform performance, reliability and security, you will drive automation, manage incidents, enable CI/CD pipelines and embed governance, cost optimisation and continuous improvement across cloud operations, ensuring high‑performing, resilient platforms that support business outcomes.

About you
You should have strong cloud engineering expert with deep hands‑on experience across AWS and Azure, including compute, networking, containers, identity and monitoring.
Highly proficient in Infrastructure‑as‑Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM/Bicep) and scripting (Python, PowerShell, Bash), with solid experience in Kubernetes , helm , CI/CD, observability (e.g. Splunk, Dynatrace), software and configuration automation using Ansible and hybrid connectivity.
Brings a strong foundation in cloud security, IAM, SRE practices and cost optimisation, combined with excellent stakeholder communication, collaborative delivery in agile environments, and the ability to operate autonomously while driving end‑to‑end solutions.
