While we may not have an immediate opening today, this dedicated Platform Engineering Talent Pool enables us to engage with talented engineers early and connect them with future opportunities aligned to their expertise and career aspirations.

As a Platform Engineer, you'll design, build, and operate the platforms, tooling, and automation capabilities that power modern software delivery across the organisation.

Work backwards from developer and business needs. Build platforms that make engineering teams more effective.
Embrace complex infrastructure and platform challenges. Continuously innovate and improve.
Explore emerging cloud technologies, platform patterns, and engineering practices while sharing knowledge with others.
Take accountability for platform reliability, security, scalability, and long-term sustainability.
Use operational metrics, telemetry, and performance data to guide decisions and measure platform effectiveness.
Investigate issues thoroughly, understand systems end-to-end, and solve problems at their root cause.
Prioritise secure, resilient, automated solutions while continuously iterating based on feedback and operational insights.
Partner effectively across engineering, operations, security, and product teams to achieve shared outcomes.
Our hiring process is skills-focused and structured to be fair and consistent. Candidates may complete a technical assessment (Codility) followed by interview stages designed to evaluate technical skills, design thinking, and our Engineering Principles.
