You will join a collaborative, forward-looking team modernizing the Bank's enterprise database services. Working across established on-premises environments and emerging Azure-based services, you will help strengthen reliability, security and delivery while supporting the Bank's transition to a cloud-first database model.
You will also have access to the Bank's learning and development resources, including relevant certifications, labs and career development opportunities.
This role is intended for senior database professionals who combine strong enterprise Oracle and SQL Server administration expertise with demonstrated cloud platform and migration experience. You will support critical production database environments while helping lead the Bank's continued modernization toward Azure-based database services.
This is not an entry point into cloud technologies. You must have practical experience implementing, administering or migrating production database workloads in the cloud and be prepared to apply that experience immediately. You will help guide migration activities, technical decisions and the evolution of the Bank's Database-as-a-Service (DBaaS) platform.
This is a hybrid database administration and cloud modernization role. It combines the administration and operational support of enterprise Oracle and SQL Server environments with cloud migration, automation and platform development responsibilities. You will work across on-premises and Azure-based database services as the Bank transitions toward a standardized DBaaS model.

In this role, you will administer and support critical enterprise databases while helping deliver the Bank's cloud migration and DBaaS objectives. More specifically, you will:

You bring deep enterprise database administration expertise and demonstrated experience working with production cloud database platforms and migrations. You can operate critical Oracle and SQL Server environments, lead or significantly contribute to complex cloud migrations, and help develop secure, reliable and scalable database services. You are a self-starter and strong collaborator who can work independently and influence decisions across technical teams.

Your combined education and work experience demonstrate that you have the competencies and skills for the position. We are ideally seeking candidates with relevant education in computer science or a related field and five or more years of relevant experience in database technologies and cloud platforms.

We seek individuals who can think critically about data, question existing processes, and find ways to simplify our work while embracing change and new ways of doing things.
