Behind every great hotel is a strong maintenance team. In this role, you will help keep operations running smoothly by ensuring all technical systems and plant equipment perform reliably, safely, and efficiently.

🎯 Your Role

• 
  Support daily maintenance operations across the property
• 
  Monitor and maintain mechanical, electrical, and plant systems
• 
  Ensure the efficient performance of HVAC, pumps, water systems, generators, and boilers
• 
  Diagnose faults and carry out repairs in a timely and effective manner
• 
  Perform preventive maintenance to minimise downtime and extend equipment life
• 
  Support the wider maintenance team with technical expertise
• 
  Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational standards
• 
  Assist in guiding and supporting junior team members when required

💡 What We Are Looking For

• 
  Previous experience in plant operations, hotel maintenance, or facilities management
• 
  Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and general plant equipment
• 
  Ability to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain technical systems
• 
  Good understanding of health, safety, and compliance standards

  Strong sense of responsibility, reliability, and accountability
• 
  Proactive approach to problem-solving
• 
  Ability to work independently and within a team

  Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
