Key responsibility
Lead monthly planning of soft goods and consumables and laboratory items as per agreed signed off company planning strategy.
Run monthly planning round for all assigned items using planning tools and SAP system to generate the MRP requirements.
Address out of stock risk on time along with mitigation plans.
Issue related purchase requisitions on time and follow up with procurement team to ensure POs opened and approved as per agreed timelines.
Daily follow up with procurement on open orders status to reflect updates (if any) again into planning tools to highlight any new risk (if any) with mitigation action plan.
Follow up on mitigation action plan execution and update all stakeholders with the progress during scheduled bi-weekly planning updates call.
Acting as central planning hub for all in scope materials to ensure proper allocation and distribution as per each center shared requirements.
Communicate frequently with laboratory team to ensure consumption rates for lab items to be up to date as per rolling forecast and all expiry dates to be monitored to ensure minimum destruction level of on hand inventory items.
Monitors donner centers consumption vs shared requirements to ensure delivery of optimum quantities.
Monitor inventory value, warehouse items' shelf life and highlight risk to all concerned parties.
Own SAP master data maintenance for all items related to donner centers and labs.
Establish effective communication channels with internal and external stakeholders.
Participate in the physical count of materials to maintain accurate inventory level.
Academic experience required
Bachelor of Pharmacy or Business.
Professional experience required
Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience in planning department in pharma or FMCG industry.

The new manufacturing facility will include a plasma warehouse and a testing laboratory. It will occupy 105,000 square meters strategically located in the administrative capital’s medical city, adjoining various healthcare institutions.
