As a Planning Manager with a leading global consultancy focusing on Life Science and Manufacturing, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. You'll provide strategic direction, manage key assignments, and collaborate with clients and internal teams to achieve company goals.

Responsibilities:

• Lead assigned projects, define strategic direction, and ensure alignment with overall vision.
• Oversee planning performance for specific sectors, contributing to the company's broader success.
• Manage project and tender planning, scheduling, and monitoring.
• Assist senior management with negotiations, contract development, and business development.
• Develop long-term strategies for assigned business units.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, upholding Mace's core values.
• Network within client, leveraging best practices and knowledge.
• Build strong relationships with clients and internal/external stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

• Relevant degree (e.g., Engineering, Project Management).
• Commitment to professional development (membership or equivalent).
• Demonstrated leadership experience in capital programs.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen.
• Deep expertise in property or infrastructure project management.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 scheduling software.
• Experience leading and managing large, diverse teams.
• Proven ability to manage relationships with key stakeholders.
• Understanding of carbon and sustainability considerations in project planning.
