Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Will serve as a technical authority for long-range logistics strategy and contingency planning.
Analyze complex organizational data to develop optimal time, cost, and logistics networks for program implementation.
Provide expert-level modeling and optimizing methods to assist management with strategic decision-making.
Develops future-oriented logistics strategies in coordination with Government stakeholders to support OPLANs and CONPLANs.
Provide specialized expertise regarding swift transitions from steady-state operations to contingency response within the INDOPACOM AOR.
Approve and validate distribution plans that mitigate chokepoints and adversary A2/AD threats.
Provides leadership, guidance, and mentoring to subordinate staff.
Minimum Qualifications:
BA/BS in a relevant discipline or a related field
10+ years of position-relevant experience; experience in formal document approval and acting as a functional lead for program deliverables
Preferred Qualifications:
MA/MS in Operations Research, Data Analytics, Logistics, or a related field and 12+ years of position-relevant experience
PMP certification
Clearance Requirements:
Must hold an active Secret clearance
Physical Requirements:
The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
