Job Description

Principal Accountabilities:

Supply Planning & Execution - Demand and Data Driven [60%]

Acquire forecasts for all finished goods, translate them into a replenishment plan. Manage net requirements, purchase planning, and inbound supply coordination to ensure the adherence in between (ADP). Coordinate with upstream stakeholders (e.g. 10+ brand owners) and sales team to ensure timely availability of supply (OTIF). Escalate supply risk in a constructive and timely manner

  • monitoring supply lead times, supply constraints, and allocation caps, tracking in-transit shipment pipeline
  • Perform structured demand–supply matching analysis across planning horizons, maintain and enhance OOS visibility mechanisms.
  • Proactively identify the supply risk and support resolution across planning and commercial teams.

Inventory Management Routine – Process Driven [20%]

Monitor key indicators, eg. coverage and stock levels, slow moving and obsolete items. Identify excess and obsolescence risks and recommend and implement actions to maintain healthy inventory position. Support supply chain planning manager for inventory projection in each financial planning cycles.

Data Governance & System Management [10%]

Maintain planning data across systems (e.g. JDE, DDMRP, Connect), ensure proper setup and maintenance of planning parameters. Act as a key user and coordinator to support system enhancements and process improvements to strengthen planning discipline.

Process HQ Governance Report and Planning Transformation Support [10%]

Process the regular governance with HQ with reporting in time and data quality. Provide operational and analytical support to the Planning Manager and supply chain team.

Qualifications and Competencies

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • 5 years of supply planning, inventory planning, or S&OE experience in FMCG. Proven track record of trending in supply risk and cash control (reducing aged inventory, optimizing DFC)
  • Ability to use replenishment planning systems. Excellence with data fluency via Excel (pivot tables, lookups, basic modeling).
  • Strong execution, ownership and resilience.
  • Fluent in English and Cantonese.
