Responsible for the planning activities within a project
Obtain inputs from project team members, contractors, suppliers and client to support the development of a baseline schedule, and subsequently to update schedule progress and forecasting
Use planning/scheduling principles and methods including: CPM scheduling techniques, Resource loading of schedules, Field Progress Measurement, Analysis of critical paths
Maintain project baseline schedule, update project schedule periodically and analyze effects of any proposed changes/additional activities on the project
Propose recovery strategy and draft recovery schedule when required
Produce project progress reports and narratives on project status including the production of graphs, critical paths, risks tables, etc.
Assist in EOT time claims entitlement.
Requirements
Degree in Building Construction Management / Civil Engineering or equivalent
Min 7 years’ relevant experience in construction project value of at least USD$300 million and above
Good understanding of procurement, engineering and construction sequence
Good writing and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Primavera P6 is mandatory
Familiar with earned value method
Positive working attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
