Purpose: To provide administrative support to Planning team to PP&L.
You will be responsible for

• Under direct supervision, position performs a variety of tasks according to established

• procedures that are linked to purchasing and source activities.

• Responsible for communicating business-related issues or opportunities to the next

• management level

• Responsible for following all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and

• Environmental practices as applicable.

• For those who supervise or manage a staff, responsible for ensuring that subordinates

• follow all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices and

• that all resources needed to do so are available and in good condition, if applicable

• Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, local

• and Company regulations, policies, and procedures

• Follows up on urgent material to ensure it is received in the system

• Facilitates the process of importation to customs, ensuring all required documentation is

• complete and accurate (invoices)

• Communicate with suppliers to resolve minor issues related to deliveries, quality, or

• documentation before escalating to the buyer

• Supports the creation and maintenance of various reports

• Performs other duties assigned as needed

Qualifications / Requirements:

High School Diploma or Equivalent Preferred.
•Experience and skills necessary to satisfactorily perform the position responsibilities.
•4-6 Years of Experience

Bilingual: English/ Spanish preferred.
•SAP knowledge is preferred
•GMP/ ISO knowledge preferred.
•Communication skills: oral and written.
•Proficient in purchasing systems applications preferred.
•Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Access are required.
•Knowledge of EES MRP systems preferred.
