This role is suited to a senior planning technology professional with deep, hands‑on experience in Board Planning software or a comparable enterprise planning platform. With an immediate focus on Store Allocation, Replenishment, and WSSI (Weekly Sales, Stock and Intake), the role is highly technical and central to the delivery of robust, scalable planning solutions.
You will be responsible for ensuring existing planning templates operate effectively, while also designing, building and enhancing new templates in line with evolving business needs. The role requires extensive experience implementing, supporting and optimising planning solutions, alongside strong domain expertise across sales, stock and intake planning.
This is a senior individual‑contributor position for someone who combines deep technical capability with a strong understanding of how planning solutions support commercial decision‑making.
The Role
We’re looking for a senior planning technology specialist to design, deliver and support enterprise planning solutions across the business. You’ll work closely with planning leads and cross‑functional teams to translate business needs into effective, scalable planning capabilities.
What You’ll Do
Design, implement and support enterprise planning solutions
Partner with planning leads to understand priorities and deliver fit‑for‑purpose solutions
Lead or support planning initiatives, managing scope, timelines and delivery
Collaborate across business and IT teams to define requirements and best‑practice approaches
Contribute to change management, documentation and user training
Stay up to date with planning technologies and continuously improve ways of working
What We’re Looking For
5+ years’ experience delivering enterprise planning solutions (Board or similar EPM such as Anaplan, SAP SAC, Hyperion)
Strong understanding of multi‑dimensional planning models, calculations, business rules and data integrations
Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases
Strong analytical, problem‑solving and organisational skills
Nice to have: experience in supply chain or financial planning, SAP ERP, Microsoft Fabric, or external consulting.
