Jasara is continuously seeking talented professionals to join our growing network of experts for current and future Construction Supervision (CS) opportunities across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

As a key delivery partner supporting some of the Kingdom's most ambitious development programs, Jasara supervises major projects across sectors including mixed-use developments, residential communities, commercial facilities, hospitality, healthcare, education, infrastructure, and public realm developments.

We are currently building a talent pool of qualified professionals for anticipated project requirements across multiple regions of Saudi Arabia.

Jasara is currently engaged in an upcoming framework agreement for construction supervision in several regions across KSA (EOI)

Senior Planner

Manage planning and schedule monitoring activities for the assigned project/package and review Contractor performance against approved schedules.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and monitor Contractor baseline schedules and updates.
• Monitor actual progress against planned progress.
• Review look-ahead schedules and recovery plans.
• Identify delays, critical activities, and potential schedule risks.
• Prepare schedule analysis and progress reports.
• Coordinate with site supervision and engineering teams to validate progress.
• Maintain project planning dashboards and schedule records.

• Western Region (Makkah - Madinah)
• Eastern Region (Khobar - Dammam)
• Southern Region (Aseer - Jazan – Najran)

Requirements

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 10+ years of relevant experience
• Strong experience in construction planning and supervision consultancy.
• Advanced knowledge of Primavera P6, Microsoft Excel, Power BI
• Experience reviewing Contractor schedules and progress.
• Good understanding of critical path and schedule analysis.

• PMP®
• PMI-SP®
