Reporting to the Project Controls Lead, you will be responsible for providing planning, scheduling, forecasting and performance reporting services across a portfolio of projects, turnarounds and campaigns. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on complex brownfield projects, collaborate with experienced project teams, and contribute to the successful delivery of critical energy infrastructureWhat we offerOpportunity to work on a growing long-term contract at the bp Kwinana Energy Hub.Collaborative and supportive team environment.Complimentary salary continuance insurance.16 weeks paid primary parental leave.+ More!Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, maintain and optimise resource-loaded Primavera P6 project schedules across a portfolio of capital projects and turnarounds.Coordinate schedule, cost, progress and resource data to support integrated project controls reporting and performance visibilityAnalyse schedule performance, critical path activities, earned value metrics and forecasts to support project decision-making.Partner closely with project managers, engineers, supervisors and client stakeholders to ensure accurate progress reporting and schedule forecasts.Identify schedule risks, delays and recovery opportunities while supporting mitigation planning and continuous improvement initiatives.About YouExtensive experience in project planning and scheduling using Primavera P6 within the Oil & Gas, Energy, Resources, Mining or Defence sectors. Strong understanding of project controls, critical path methodology, schedule analysis and forecasting techniques.Experience managing complex, multi-discipline schedules across engineering, procurement and construction activities.Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.Experience in brownfield environments and knowledge of SAP and/or Power BI will be highly regardedAbout UGLAs a member of the CIMIC Group of companies, we value diversity in our team's backgrounds, ideas and work styles.
