We bring together diverse expertise to solve complex engineering challenges, foster innovation, and deliver sustainable outcomes for our customers.As our Fuels & Energy East business continues to grow, we are inviting Project Planners interested in expanding their experience across the bulk storage, fuels, refining and terminal infrastructure sectors. This is an opportunity to become part of a highly experienced team delivering solutions for some of Australia's most critical assets.You will gain exposure to a diverse portfolio of fuel terminals, storage facilities, refining infrastructure, brownfield modifications, asset integrity programs, capital projects and operational support activities. You'll work alongside industry experts and develop valuable experience across the full asset lifecycle, from concept and design through to procurement, construction and commissioning. What we offerEnjoy a hybrid work arrangement working from home 1-2 days per week.Benefit from 16 weeks of paid primary parental leave.Complimentary salary continuance insurance.Discounted Medibank health insurance.Shape your career with an Individual Development Plan.Participate in our Wellness Program with AIA Vitality.Access our OneRewards Discount Program.About you5+ Years in equivalent Portfolio Planning & Scheduling role.Primavera P6 proficiency, with strong expertise in developing, analysing and maintaining complex project schedules.Strong understanding of project delivery methodologies, critical path analysis, risk management, resource planning, and schedule recovery strategies.Demonstrated ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, working collaboratively with project managers, engineering teams, contractors and operational personnel.Highly analytical with excellent problem-solving, communication and reporting skills, capable of translating complex project data into actionable insights for project and business leaders.
