• Provide senior-level planning leadership across preconstruction and delivery phases, ensuring programme certainty through effective strategy, risk management and mitigation
• Work across a diverse portfolio of high-profile London projects (£50m–£200m+), contributing to major developments that shape the London skyline
• Lead the development of integrated, realistic and risk assessed programmes and methods, aligning construction, procurement and design to support efficient, on-time delivery
• Influence bid strategy and construction methods, ensuring robust, competitive and deliverable planning solutions
• Drive coordination and buildability through programme analysis, identifying opportunities to enhance safety, quality, sequencing and value
• Review and integrate subcontractor and specialist programmes, ensuring alignment with project requirements and overall delivery strategy
• Monitor programme performance through critical path analysis, progress reporting and cause-and-effect assessment, recommending and implementing recovery strategies and extensions of time where required
• Support the integration of planning with digital delivery platforms, enhancing programme visualisation and stakeholder understanding
• Lead programme workshops and engage collaboratively with project teams, clients and supply chain partners to ensure clear communication and alignment
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to planners, supporting capability development and promoting best practice across the region
• Maintain strong, professional relationships with clients, consultants and supply chain partners throughout the project lifecycle
• Support commissioning and handover processes to ensure successful project completion
